
WE READY is a mobile app built for one-on-one competitive gaming. The concept was bold: create a platform where individuals could challenge each other across different games and compete head-to-head. But before launching, WE READY needed two things: a powerful brand identity to reflect its competitive DNA, and a mobile experience that was fast, intuitive, and ready for scale. We partnered with the team to develop both; from visual identity to full mobile app design and development.

Developed wireframes and UI flows focused on frictionless user onboarding, matchmaking, and game tracking

Designed intuitive tabs for challenges, game stats, profiles, and direct invites
